back.

Well...it's been a second since I have written in this thing, so sorry to my 3-5 dedicated readers. I have been really busy with school and trying to work, but mostly I am just too lazy to update this thing. I am still down for the cause of beverages, snacks, and records, and I will try and keep up with this more religiously.

We'll start with beverages:

Frostie Root Beer:

This isn't anything extraordinary. It does taste great, as most root beers do, but this is really lacking some head and bite. However, if I found this in the store, I would definitely make the purchase. I really like this root beer simply for the fact of the bottle and the name. It has a frosty mug of ice cold root brew and a jolly old guy with a huge white beard on it. Compliments to ST @ Door 44, who bought this for me.

Arnold Palmer:

Let me start off by saying that I feel like a complete douchebag for drinking something that was apparently crafted by the golf legend Arnold Palmer, but it is too delicious. It's half tea and half lemonade, and it is one of the most refreshing things to ever grace my lips. When it is 98 degrees in Atlanta this summer, and it hasn't rained in 2 months, this is what I will be drinking.

Alright. So a week and a half ago, I went to that cuban restaurant Papis (in midtown next to Mary Macs), and discovered these amazing drinks:

Iron Beer:

This drink is so awesome. I'm not entirely sure what the flavor is supposed to be, but it is very unique and tasty. It is almost like cream soda, but not as sweet. Cream soda is your first initial assumption, but then there is something else that I just can't put my finger on, which makes it so different. The can looks cool, it tastes amazing, and I have never heard of this before a week and a half ago. What more can you ask for?

Watermelon Soda:

I was impressed by the Iron Beer, but I was even more impressed with the Watermelon Soda. Ooo damn. Imagine the most delicious, juiciest watermelon at a hot summers day BBQ being bottled in the most amazing can ever. This is it. Carbonated watermelon juice. So delicious. Maybe not the most politically correct can, but who cares about that stuff anyway. Drink this and be enlightened.

Now for what I have been jamming to as of lately.

Skitkids/Nightmare split 7"
God these records rage so hard. If you have any intention of kicking someones ass, I highly recommend listening to both of these before you do so.
